SSP Visits Nevada Bases for Annual Field Trip

Each year, the MIT Security Studies Program enables a select group of students to visit military installations during spring break. This year, led by SSP Director Barry Posen and Assistant Director Joli Divon Saraf, and accompanied by SSP military fellows Lt. Col. Thomas Gordon (USMC), Col. John Price (USAF), and Col. Chuck Samaris (USA), the SSP students toured the bases from March 21-25, 2011. The students present on the trip were Dan Altman, Noel Anderson, Mark Bell, Chris Clary, Alec Worsnop, Keren Fraiman, Sameer Lalwani, Nick Miller, Andrew Radin, and Peter Swartz.
